Hello there, I am a medical school student. I should write a school work in a couple of days and the subject is Lewy bodies. I would like you to write something about this to me because I don't really know anything about this subject. If you help me it would be a life saver. Thank you in advance.

Interesting post there. I will try to help you out. Lewy bodies are abnormal aggregates of protein that develop inside nerve cells. There are 2 types of them. First one are classical Lewy bodies and the second are cortical Lewy bodies. Cortical bodies are less well defined than classical. Cortical bodies also lack the halo. They are associated with Parkinson's disease. That is all I know about this subject. I hope that it helped.
