I have recently started spotting at medium flow. My regular periods last about 3-5 days depending on the month and they go from super heavy to light and then they are done. I definitely feel it when they come. But right now, I have been going at medium flow for the past 8 days now, and it has been constant. It was never super heavy, but it has also not slowed down since the first day, and there are no cramps or anything. Is this something I should be worried about?

Well, 1o day period is considered somewhat normal. If it doesn't stop bleeding, then you need to see a gyn for a hormonal treatment to make it stop and see what could possibly be the matter.
