Hi, guys. I was an athlete, but I stopped with trainings, so I developed some male love handles. I am now 37 and I guess I will need more time to lose love handles than when I was younger. Does anyone have any advice considering this? I will really appreciate any type of help considering this.

You will have to do some cardio (running, sprinting, long distance walking, jump rope, etc) weight traiing, and core exercises.  Also, mix up your exercise routine so your muscles don't get accustomed to your program.  Try a boxing class since it has cardio, endurance, and core exercises.  You can't spot reduce body parts so you will have to lose overall weight.
