I hate myself so much! I'll always be overweight! Now xmas is two days away and I said I was going to lose weight before xmas and ididn't! I hate myself! I'd be better dead right? I just want to be skinny! I've tried for almost five years now and still no progresS! I need some advisE! please!

1. 1k-1.5k calories/day
2. GYM low weight many repetitions (tones body making look more muscular then well fat)
3. RUN! enjoy it and love it.. make it your best friend. it will help u in the long run.
4. Don't get down on yourself if u do those 3 things u will loose weight it may take longer but it will be constant and will stay off while u follow them, and remember some people are just not blessed with a good metabolism!

- Eat less carbs, less fats. EAT LIGHT.
- Eat more fruits and vegetables.
- Drink lots of water to make you feel FULL.
- Find some time to do your cardio-vascular exercises each day, such as
jump rope, running, playing sports, do a workout by viewing a workout
video from the TV. Basically anything that makes your heart rate goes
high, but not too high. ; )
- Cut down on junk foods, or foods with saturated fats and trans fats such
as potato chips, cookies, magarine, butter, burgers, fried chickens. Anything
related to DEEP FRIED.
- Also reduces the consumption of
SWEET beverages.
