I am 30 yr old women.And i've discoverd a lump on the left side of my neck,.And im having trouble swallowing .I have a thiroid problem,but havent been taking my pills.I had bad sideeffects from the meds.It's been about 2 yrs since taking them.and about a week since i discoverd the lump in my neck and about 4 days with the trouble swallowing.Does anyone know what this might be??Please help..Thx
