Can I ask you for some advice? I have recently noticed there is a lump on my quad muscle. It isn't painful so I am not all that worried about it, but I still think that it is a bit odd, which is why I have come here to ask you some questions about it. I am sorry to hear about your lump! If it is painless and you can feel ir move under the skin, I am sure it is nothing serious. These things come and go as they please. Not all lumps are scary and worrisome, as you apparently already know. I hope that helps!
