My daughter had rash only around the ears, on the neck and hairline, but after only two days it spreads on body legs and arms. She says that it is itchy but not intensely. I suspect measles. Am I right? What can I do to help her?

The first sign of measles infection is appearance of small white spots, known as Kolik’s spots, inside the cheek. But if she already have rash on the neck, hairline … and around the body as you described she probably have measles. If she is a healthy child measles won’t cause much problems. You can give her something for a fever, but consult with pharmacist first what. Something like paracetamol, not aspirin. Measles are virus infection so antibiotics don’t work. Seek for professional help.
