My two year old twins certainly love each other but they fight lots as well, and it seems that they have been exploring that side of themselves a lot lately. This morning we were in the park and they were playing with tree branches and rocks and stuff, and when we got home one of my twins complained about a painful mouth and sure enough, there is a lump on his lower jaw. Any idea what this could be and what I should be doing now?

Did you feel around very carefully? If it is just bruised and you are very sure that nothing is broken, then I suggest you just give your little boy some cold packs to relieve swelling and pain, and everything will be just fine. Maybe eating an ice cream would help some too :-)
