I found some lumps on my testes the other day... now I am reaaaally freaking out because I am rather worried I might have a sexually transmitted disease! What do you think this could be? It's quite embarrassing and I don't really want to see a doctor. Please help me!

Well, you could have genital warts, or you might have an inflamed hair follicle which would be a lot better obviously. I will say to you that if there is any chance that you could have an STD, meaning you have had unprotected sex at any time, you should definitely get yourself tested. You can to planned parenthood and it doesn't cost any money.
