Hello. I'm 25 year old male and I'm having some delicate problem. I'm sexually active since I was 17 and I have never had any infection or STD. That’s why my present symptoms got me worried a bit.
Just recently, while I was showering- I have noticed that I have a small bump on the lower side of my testicle. I have never seen it before although it could have been there and I just didn’t see it.
The bump doesn’t hurt at all and I was wondering what could cause it.
First thing that was on my mind is of course some sexually transmitted disease but the thing that confuses me is the fact that I'm with one girl for more then 2 years now. Please help me!

Hi. I was thinking about your symptoms and like you- I also doubt it could be some sexually transmitted disease because your bump isn’t typical symptoms of any STD.
You see, you didn’t mention how big is that bump. Testicular cancer can cause big bump that doesn’t hurt at all but it is always located deep in the testicular tissue.
I was thinking also that the cause could be some inflamed hair follicle- condition called folliculitis which often goes away by it self. It could also be normal sebaceous gland that is a bit more prominent than the other. If you are concerned about this- contact your local GP!
