Hi, I'm 20 years old and for the past several months I have noticed a lump on labia minor(near the bottom,almost in front of the vaginal opening). It only is there after I masturbate and I can push it down so it completely disappears. It also appears if I'm squatting. There is no real pain. Maybe some mild discomfort. It gets very large at times like a large grape and is a purplish color. I'm not sexually active, never have been. I want to get an idea of what this could be before I see a doctor. I also have never gotten a vaginal exam so I am quite nervous about that. If anyone has any idea what this could be, please let me know.

It's probably a boil, i've had them a couple times on my vagina lips, it just happens because of dirt and sweat, to prevent this shower more often and get everything a good spray with the hot water underneath and inside too.
