i felt like a sharp pain as if i was bitten and when i looked a lump appeared. its like the size of a pea and looks like and feels like a hard peice of muscle! what should i do!

me too..i had a scrotal ultrasound and the results were normal but im pretty much sure that the lump is there...is the ultrasound realiable?..
