I found a small bump inside my scrotum, on the left side it is smaller than pea size. It fells like it is deep inside the back of the scrotum wall. I have done a self ex and found no lumps on testicals or any other place. Been to doctor he said It like fat lump or something like that. Could not under stand dockor as he could not speak English. I will not be back in uk for six mth, so does anyone out there know what he means

I too have the same problem ts not painful at all and sometimes hard to find ,and when I do find it I can get hold of it between my fingers ,its very small and no on my testicles

i have a pea size thing on my left side of the scotum, but it is up higher and not near the testicle. I've had it for two months and it wont go away; it's pretty hard. it almost looks like an ingrown hair or large pimple pink in color with almost a white head but it's super hard. any needs for concerns of testicular cancer? Thanks.
