a few weeks ago i was treated with multiple antibiotics at different times because i had and extreme sharp pain at the tip of my penis when i peed. it took a couple treatments of antibiotics to stop the pain. i was throwing up, extreme pain, and discharge but now that its all over my urethra will stick together with no pain. i have to just slightly pull it open or pee through it. im freaked out, i don't know what to do anymore. ive been taking alot of cranberry supplements to be sure its clear. im a 20 year old male and i had unprotected sex with a girl a few weeks before; she happened to have a uti. i need a solution for the fact that my urethra will stick together

hi. I actually believe that you don't have a reason to be worried about that fluid that is sticky. my husband had the similar issue and it was a pre-ejaculate fluid, so there is nothing to be afraid about this. it can be really unusually for you to see it, but it is not abnormal. there are so many different factors that can affect and cause male discharge. anyway, the thing that should worry you is that pain in your penis. that can be something. the pain should not be there, so I advise you visit your urologist about this. maybe it is nothing, maybe it is just an allergic reaction, but you should not gamble with your health.

Did you have a urinalysis to make sure it was actually a UTI? Also, the type of antibiotics needed would depend in part on the type of bacteria causing the infection, so it’s important that you make sure of what you are treating. You really need to take the full course of antibiotics to clear up a UTI; otherwise, you will not get rid of the infection completely, and it can be even more difficult to treat. I would definitely recommend seeing a doctor about this, because an ongoing UTI can cause more serious problems if it’s not cleared up. You might try a penis moisturizing cream (health professionals recommend Man1 Man  Oil) to keep your penis skin in good condition overall- just don’t try to use it inside the urethra. A very small amount of petroleum jelly or hydrocortisone cream might help to lubricate the urethra a bit, but again – its best to check with a doctor.

What are the symptoms of a male narrow urethra, and will it result into not having kids?

Hi connell
I believe bed wetting is one of the issues that can be caused by a narrow urethra.
Ejaculation still should work so having kids should be possible.
There are procedures that can correct the problem so seeing a specialist may give you options to consider.
