try not doing it for 5 days and then have a good session in your room. it will be hard to do but quite rewarding in the end. looking at things whilst doing it is good.
Also the stop/go method is fun too. Where you get right upto the edge and stop, wait 2 minutes and go again. do this 3 or 4 times and then on the 5th let yourself go!
