I have noticed if i masturbate with a vibrator the few weeks before my period it seems to make my cramps worse! I also have a crazy cycle/body! It does whatever it feels like!

I wouldn't use a vibrator because you're stretching your muscles a bit but I've noticed when most of the stimulation is external it actually helps a LOT with cramps
