ok so here is my situation, I'm living and working on a small island in the Caribbean where a good doctor is hard to find and abortion clinics are nonexistent. I should have had my period the last week in November. I cant afford to fly to the states to take care of it and i certainly cant have a baby here or at this point in my life. I did have some bleeding in December for 3 days and it wasn't spot bleeding but more like a period but without the cramps and at the wrong time of the month.
I've been getting headaches frequently and feel sick to my stomach a lot. normally the nausea comes with the headaches. I would get a test but there is only one store on the island that has them and I'm on the opposite end of it and with no car.
any advice or information would be great. thanks

Thats a tough situation, I would try to find the U.S. embassey and see the doctor there.
