you'd be correct only for a girl/woman having had sex before.
in the "virgin" sex, the cervix isn't so dilated so as to allow semen to pass through with fluidity.
so for the first try, she may or may not get pregnant. i meant about the probability she might conceive is very less (<0.1%). during later tries, the penis rubbing against her cervix dilates it so the uterine wall can be prepared for conception and later process.

it seems none of you have read human anatomy quite comprehensively. I HAVE! so please let me say facts. ask any gynae doc and i'll most likely be supported.
the length of the penis is average enough to touch the "virgin" cervix which is about 3-5cms inside the vagina from the hymen.
and i don't say a virgin girl will NEVER get pregnant on her first sexual intercourse. but it's a fact that the first sexual intercourse has a very low probability of conception.
if you think my statements are "misconceptions", then please give solid examples of first time sex conceptions. AT LEAST, I'VE NEVER COME ACROSS ANY!
