Hi, stroke recovery and stroke rehabilitation take a lot of time, so you shouldn’t expect a miracle. Treatment for paralyzed muscles is now possible with the advanced training. There is even equipment for home therapy after stroke. The problem is that after a stroke, control signals from the brain cannot reach some muscles. Some sort of equipment can amplify electrical muscle activity so, signals get transmitted. In some time your muscles can re-learn to contract on their own. As they contract, they will become stronger.
