I missed my pill on friday and saturday. I took two pills on sunday and I will take two pills today, on monday. I got some bleeding. I am currently in my second week of the pills (from the last period, I've been taking them for 4 or 5 months otherwise). Will I be protected a week from now or should I use another method of protection?

Just in case the pills aren't working at this point, I would use another method of protection. I would actually wait until my next period to just use the pills alone. However, because you already skipped those two pills, you don't need to take them. Taking the two on Sunday and two on Monday isn't going to do anything. Once you've skipped it, you've skipped it. You should have just continued on the next date after the missed ones. In any case use a condom for the time being.

Okay, thanks. What about the bleeding? It has been going on for three days now. Is it actual period or will i get my period normally when I'm supposed to? How big is the risk if I have unprotected sex in two weeks? (that's just before my period is supposed to come)

Because this is an abnormal month, I'd wait until the pill box is empty to have unprotected sex again.
The bleeding is most likely some form of your period. When you miss a few pills your hormones get all out of whack and sometimes makes your period come early. However, at the end of this box of pills, you still might get a period then too.
