hey i really need some help my situation is a bit complicated but this is pretty much whats been going on for the past couple months

in late june i took the morning after pill and got my period about a week later ..however it was a little lighter than it usually is. then about three weeks later i got another period but this one was extremely light and lasted about three days. i had sex again in july and again in august. i do not have sex reguarlly and havnt had sex since august. in both august and september i had light spotting which i was afraid was from a pregnancy implantation so i took a pregnancy test which came back negative. i still havnt had my period and since have take a total of seven pregnancy tests...all negative...also to add to it for about two month ive been expierencing constant fullness bloating and frequent stomach pains and cramps..what is going on with me..is this all from the morning after pill i took in june or is something else going on somone please help me
