The first thing to realise is that (probably) sex with your 14-year-old girlfriend is illegal. If so, you must tell her that, and ensure she understands it. Then you must make sure you do not act illegally.

The other thing is that you say "I just have no way of controling myself". If that is true, then you must do something about that problem urgently; that problem will get you into trouble sooner or later. If you have told her about your lack of control, then it could be construed as coersion into sex, and could get you into serious trouble.
