Monday, July 8th I had my ACDF surgery level C3-4 & C4-5.  Surgery went very well and I was sent home later that night.  Recovery has been fairly easy.  My main problem is my throat with swallowing.  I find I can only take small sips of warm drinks, cold drinks make me choke.  Can anyone tell me how long it has taken there throat to recover where you can eat and drink normal?  Thanks!
