I haven't been pregnant, but I know you can be and still bleed on a regular basia. Many girls don't know for ages their pregnant as they keep having regular 'periods' and may not get any pregnancy like symptoms.

If it was a "normal" period then it would be unlikely. Normal means like your other periods.
You can experience some bleeding if you are pregnant.
If in doubt, take a home test. Follow the directions carefully and always use only your first morning urine (more concentrated) for best accuracy.
