See your doctor and get a full pregnancy test.
You haven't given us any reasons why you think you are pregnant.

To get pregnant, a sperm has to reach a released egg to fertilise it in the fallopian tubes. So the sort of information needed to give some sort of help is:
How old are you? How long have you been menstruating? Are your periods regular? What was the date of your last period? What sexual activity were you engaged in that might give rise to pregnancy? On what dates has such activity taken place.

Dear Elly
If you period started 1 September, and your cycle is 28 days, the likely day for ovulation is estimated to be 15 September. As the released egg is only viable for about 24 hours, it would be unlikely that sex on 23 September would make you pregnant. However, if you ovulated 8 days later, you could be pregnant.
False negatives are more common than false positives.
If you think you are pregnant, see your doctor for a proper test and check up. Where are you located?
Hope this helps
