It's possible, but there's a lot of variation between people.

He may just have been raised not to expect or engage in sex but once a week... or only on Saturday night.

However, a lower testosterone level may also be associated with a lower sex drive.

Perhaps you should speak with a doctor.  Or, is your bf uncomfortable with this sex drive or is just you?

he says it doesnt bother him but i think it does hes talked about it a couple times and braughten up that he doesnt feel the need to have sex alot like his friends talk about he said once a week would b fine with him to be honest yeah it kinda bothers me.. but alot because i get the feeling it bothers him alot more than he leads on. I told him that he should go to the doctors and get test run and find out if thats the reason and do find out how fertile he is.. if he can still have children i think hes embarrassed to go see a doctor though.

There is an awful lot of talk about how much sex guys have, and none of it is true.

The only way that you'd know what was BS and what was true was if they were having it with YOU, or you were in the room with them.

That being said, I wouldn't let other bragarts get his goat.

As far as being able to father kids, or have sex,  As I've said before, history is full of men who have fathered a child and had normal lives with one testicle instead of two.

But if he wants to be reassured, a visit to the family doctor is the first step.  Be supportive.

hes not gay, and i ask him all the time if i turn him on, and whenever we do have sex he does like it, it just makes no sense.
