My boyfriend got kicked in the balls when he was younger which now he has one normal testical and the other one i guess just didnt develope?... because its rather smaller than the other.. could this cause him to have a lower sex drive. Hes not "in the mood" alot hes fine with just having sex one a week.. any thoughts guys?

One smaller testicle shouldn't really cause any problem with his sex drive. Quite a few guys only have one testicle.
It's also fairly common for one testicle to be a bit smaller than the other.
Saying that, if it is significantly smaller than the other, he should get it checked. While unlikely, it may indicate testicular cancer.

its way smaller than the other.. he got kicked when he was i like 6 years old and it went up in him he had surgery to bring it down and its like it just never grew

If it hasn't been checked since he was 6 he should get it looked at.
It's not going to grow at this point but it needs to be checked as there may be an increased risk of testicular cancer.
