OK, my periods allllwaaayys last me 3-4 days and are always on direct timing which is every 28 days. My last period was May 9th, I had sex with my fiance on the 17th and used the pull out method, and now on the 27th I woke up with THE most unbearable cramps I have encountered in my life ( i have endo which my cramps are unbearable every time of the month and i am prescribed vicodin for) I threw up all day on the 27th, couldn't keep anything down at all...There was a good amount of blood and it was brown/dark red with spongy tissue everywhere. This came as a shock & ever since that day I've been so exhaused every day after work I just want to lay down, nausea like everytime I swallow, tiny bit of nipple tenderness, I normally have bowel movement every day and now its almost every other...oh and the worst hot flashes, well hopefully someone can have an idea? thanks.

I would say that you are starting your period. if you were bleeding heavily, you should be worried.
