Hi every one..i recently noticed i was not growing any longer..after massive reading on internet to try connect that to my daily way of life i finally came to a conclussion that musturbation led to this..together with other effects i experienced due to musturbation..can some one please suggest what i have to do to eliminate the effects?...(stunted growth,pennile dysifunction,fallen hair)...i have stopped musturbating..thanks
