He's been on methadone for a constant last 5 months and he was at I believe either 30mg or 20mg and were expecting a little one so he went cold turkey about 4 days ago. I just want to know how long his withdrawals and side effects will last ?? Also if there's anything I can do to help with the anxiety and no sleeping? We're doing the Thomas recipe or something like that with all the vitamins and the hot jet baths but just curious to what else I can try that will ease him during this time. I don't want to supplement a different drug for methadone (I.E Valium, Xanax, etc) he has to much of an addictive personality ..
