MY period used to be regular but over the last coup,e of years its been starting to skip months and when i do get it it come be for a dayor two. ai have gone to the doctors and i have had pregancy tests and i have had blood work done but still i always show up healthy.
in january i quit smoking and have a job that creats more stress. since january i have had one no9rmal (period that lasts 2-6 days) and the reswt have been spotting.

Stress it definietly a huge factor to your menstrual cycyle.
Quiting smoking has definitely increased your stress levels.
Eating high fat foods can also effect your cycle, as well as any change in your life from exercising more or less, smoking & drinking, diet.
Your still as healthy as your doctor says, some womens cycles are just very sensitive to life change.
If this is starting to be a problem have you though about using a contraception? any contraception will help regulate your cycle if not stop it all together!!
