I quit cold trukey also.  The first few weeks were pretty easy.

I'm having extreme dizziness that started at about week 4 and kept getting worse.  I went to the doctor/ENT. All say I am fine and it's not related to quiting smoking.  I'm now over week six and starting to feel better.  I think it's all realated to quiting smoking.  I was a study that showed the brains receptors actually don't reapir themselfs until about week 6.

It was really scary. Everything I ready said we should be over the addition bye about 3 weeks.

The dizziness is related to smoking. I smoked for 10 years and when I quit all these symptoms come and go. Dizziness and feeling off balance happens to me too. I've been smoke free for almost a year now. It's not as bad as before tho, just give it time and don't go back to smoking. Second hand smoke is bad also, I noticed if I was around my friends that smoked, symptoms would re trigger. Hope this helps
