I am 30 from india and its been 4 months since I got married.. we have been having regular sex since we got married. We do enjoy an exciting sex life. But my wife is yet to conceive and have been getting her periods regularly on time. While I was checking my testicles this morning..my left testicle is relatively smaller than the right..and I can feel the epdidymis prominently in my right testicle and not in my left. My ejaculations are normal.no blood etc. No testicular pain. Is this a cause of concern thats not making pregnancy happen. Also we are having sex twice a day mostly or atleast once a day. Pls advice

Hi Dilipan,

It is NORMAL for your testicles to be of different sizes.  It is also not uncommon for you to notice differences in the structures of the testicles.  The important thing is to be aware of changes.

We DO NOT even begin to consider fertility issues until a year has passed.  It can take that long, with regular intercourse, for a woman to conceive.  The odds of pregnancy occuring when everything is "perfect" is 1 in 5.

It's too early to worry.

Hope it helps.

"Relatively small testicle" doesn't mean anything, medically speaking. You'd have to get it properly checked by a urologist to determine if there is anything truly wrong with it. In spite of that, you have a right testicle, which should work fine to conceive children.
