my husband is 24 years old and his right testicle is about the size of a grape and his left one is of "average" size. could there be an underlying health issue? should we be concerned about it? he claims he has already spoken to his primary care physician about it and was told he was fine but after reading other posts im not exactly convinced. do you have any thoughts? please let me know. thanks

From personal experience and what i read a  while back, this is nothing to worry about, it's pretty common, like one testicle "haning" further down than the other. Hope this answered some questions. :)
