It sounds like you're trying to describe an orgasm. Given the you feel something, then you don't feel like continuing, that's pretty spot on for an orgasm. At 14, it is possible you won't get much or any coming out when you orgasm, but as long as you aren't feeling any pain I'd say everything sounds normal.
