The top of my penises head won't close completely. It closes and the top is gaping open anyone know what this means. I just noticed it after pissing .

i have experienced similar symptoms..i dont know if there is any logic with what i did..bt i used to masturbate a lot and didnt cleaned d penis regularly.later i reduced d masturbation activity and cleaned d penis regularly..and the problem resolved
