I was just a little bit worried I am turning 13 this year I had my first period on Saturday 10th January and I was really happy because I had officially become a woman but things got worce my period was strong and it lasted 6 days. Then next month came around and on the 10th it didn't come but I knew once you first start it it can be all over the place so I waited and waited now my period is very late 56 days and I am starting to worry. A few years ago I had to be taken into hospital with internal bleeding and that was sorted out, but what if it came back and something burst and is filling again. I am really scared can someone help please xxx

You can be VERY irregular when first starting your period. Stress can make it late too.
Try not to worry. What you are going through is very common.
Talk to you mom if it will help. She's gone through this too.

Yes it can. You need to be healthy to reproduce. If you aren't, your body tries to conserve it's energy, sort of like hibernating. When there is sufficient resources available you'd start having periods again.
