I assume you're light haired (blond). Pubic hair is often a darker color than the hair on your head.

Thank you but my pubic hair since I stated puberty was blond and I'm a dark blond now because I was born blonde but my pubic is either turning black or I'm growing black pubic hair do you no what that is?

The hair does change as you go through puberty. It normally starts very light and then darkens as you get older. This is normal.
