I would think that it might indicate you have a slight muscular strain, associated with your testicles. They may be on a shorter cord than most men. That may adjust with time.
Years ago, I noticed when vomiting and having dry heaves (no fun!) my groin (probably my prostate) was clinching painfully. I was left with an ache as I lay in bed recovering. I have never had such an experience again, possibly because I became sexual mature and my prostate matured. Also, my keigel muscles improved in tone.
But this doesn't change your situation.
I wouldn't worry about it. However, next time you're in the doctor's office, mention it. If you're embarassed about it, I would ask to speak to a male doctor privately. That should eliminate your mother, if she's present.

Yeah I have the same thing, everytime I sneeze really hard I feel like I was just kicked in the groin.

I went to the battalion medic and he told me to just stop sneezing. I am worried what heathcare is comming to, if a "professional" has any insight that would be more helpful than "stop sneezing" I would be more than grateful.

I've experienced this pain as well, typically it seems to happen when my sex life has run dry for a few days (if you know what I mean). So I've blamed it on being 'full up'. Rub one out, seems to stop after that for me.

I'm thinking that it may be a shortened cord that supports the testes. That is, they pull up when sneezing or vomiting, and if you have a cord that is a bit short, it could produce sudden pain along the lines that you describe.
I find that sometimes when I am vomiting from stomach flu or something that produces dry heaves, I will get a terrible ache in my prostate or groin. But I think that is totally unrelated to your concern.

No help but I get a stabbing pain in my balls when i sneeze f**k know why but at least it doesn't seem to be that rare.

I used to have such painful reactions to sneezing I almost ran off the road a few times. I got a vasectomy and the issue went away. Thankfully.

Same here , sometimes when i cough , sneeze or even laugh my testicles hurt like hell , then fade to a dull ache.

the testicals being on a short cord sounds like they might have a bit of truth. One of my testicals sits visibly higher than the other and it's the only one I get a really bad cramping sensation in when I sneeze or when I cough violently.
