Hi Im an 19 year old male with aching pain in mostly my right testicle and groin.
I found a lump but it is not on the surface of the testicle it seems to be at the end of a cord or tube like structure witch is beside the testicle.
I do not know how long it has been there can any one help me. %-)

There is not much that can be said until you have an exam for this condition. It's good that you are aware of your testicles and that you have done some self exam. Be ready to explore the topic with your medical provider, but don't hold back. You're there for information, so don't be shy. Tell them exactly what's wrong and how long you have been aware of it.
Good luck.

I seem to have the same problem buddy. It occurs with me occasionally after ejaculation. I have discovered that it is related to physical exertion such as running to hard or just straining myself. I have a abnormal lump as well connected to my left testicle. Dont have answers but maybe its the same condition as yours.

Try taking anti inflammatory meds like Ibuprofen, next apply heat. Ive been dealing with this... I think its the result of a groin injury that has become inflamed. Just gotta calm it down and take it easy. Im still in pain but this seems to help, mine went away but since ive been fighting jiu jitsu I have re-aggrevated it. Good luck guys.

I've had a small lump or tube like structure on my left testicle. Its been diagnosed as a "exposed vas defference" ( I think that is how it is spelled) which I've understood is normal. I've had that 25 years. Occasionally it causes discomfort in my groin or left leg.
