My Vision Problem

I really don't know where to start. I'm 27 yrs old and About 8 years ago I started to have really bad anxiety attacks & problems with depression. I would start to feel really weird, not myself and would freak out and have an attack. A little while after this started I started having this problem with my Vision and the best way for me to describe it is this. when you consume a certain amount of alcohol and your just starting to feel and see a little different. your not drunk but your just starting to feel the effects of the alcohol. your vision starts to get a little weird its not blurry its not tunnel vision but its just weird.
This is how i see 24/7 for the past 8 years. There is not a minute or second that goes by for the past 8 years that I see normal. I've had every test done that I know of, from all types of bloodwork to a cat scan and even had my equalibrium checked. I also had my eyes checked and was told that I have cholesterol deposits but have 20/20 vision. Does anyone have any clue to what this can be or has anyone ever had this problem?

I'm sorry for the long story but I'm just geting really tired of this and need to find out what is wrong.
