My vagina has been red and swollen and I have noticed several red bumps from my anus to vagina Monday after sex it started with swollen and red Tuesday morning I noticed 4 to 5 red bumps and a 1/4 inch tear on the bottom part of my vagina close to anal opening by Wednesday bumps had increased to about 10 to 15 and it started to hurt when urinating and had become somewhat itchy at times and I noticed right when I sat down or stood up I'd have pain but after awhile of either or the pain would stop I have also noticed a white creamy like discharge coming from vagina. please help me in finding out what this could be.
