My youngest is 17 and i'm now producing milk, my tubes are cut, tied and burnt after she was born

I am 41 my youngest daughter is 17 i had my tubes cut tied and burnt right after she was born know all of a sudden im producing milk no a lot but my breast are tender all ths time im tired all time can some one help me out
