I was in the shower and I began feeling nauseous then my vision completely went away and I couldn't see followed by loss of balance and I fell over and couldn't move. I could hardly breathe and I was panicking. This has happened to me multiple times and i don't know why this happens so if anyone has any idea please let me know what I should do. I'm still very shaken up and terrified.
