no pain when pee but still clear goo

Hi ive read through all these posts and im gettin the same things happen had sex about a year ago now and had a sexual intercourse about around the start of august only till about 2-3 weeks ago i noticed a little bit of clear goo come out of the end of my penis it is starting to really worry me but dont wanna go to the hospital because of embarrisment even though i know it is the right thing to do, i just dont think i wanna be told i have got something.i dont get the yellow green goo in the morning or anything like i have read about chlymidia but im just thinking its all in my mind and its just comin out now coz i expect it to if some1 could help me it would make my life alot easier and i can chill out and get another girl friend im scared to have a date or go any further with a girl then kiss just incase i give it to them.i have spoke to my mates about it and they say its nothing but i just need some answers thank you.
