No STD's, Possible Yeast infection?

I received unprotected oral sex with a girl that may have been a sex worker, so I've been going under the assumption she definitely had an STD. That being said, I've had two full STD panels at weeks 2 and weeks 10 and all everything has come back negative. Concurrently during week one (after the incident), I had what I thought to be strep throat and took a course of Doxycyclin around week 1. I told my doctor that I was very worried and that I felt something was wrong. He gave me a Z-pack and said it would take care of anything I had, but he mainly did it to calm my nerves. A couple weeks later and no change, I had the second STD tests out to alleviate my anxiety, so I'm thinking I definitely don't have an STD. Is it possible with all the antibiotics that I might have allowed a yeast infection to take hold? No one seems to think this is a possibility, but I'm definitely feeling like my lower abdominal area and penis area are not regular. I have itching around my base and in the urethra as well as tenderness in my lower abdomen. Something just doesn't feel right and I'm freaking myself out.
