Hello, I'm 17 years old and have been talking BC for 3 months. I'm on Yaz and on the 17th or 18th i missed a pill and then took two on either the 18th or 19th, then on the 21st i have unprotected sex with my boyfriend for the first time. I started to panic and such that i could maybe get pregnant and ask my friend if i should take plan B who had taken it before and i also talked to my friend whos girlfriend is currently pregnant and they both said i should have nothing to worry bout. I thought the same till i started spotting on the 24th & still today in the 25th. I'm suppose to get my period on the 31st and i'm just wondering if i'm spotting from missing a pill or if it's implantation or just because i had sex. Also whats the soonest i can take an accurate pregnancy test, i know they say it's accurate 5 days before your period but what if i only had sex 10 days before i should be getting it.

A pregnancy test is accurate after 14 days of conception. though the HCG can be read after a day in your urine.. wait till the 14 day mark to take the test first thing in the morning.
If it is only a day that you missed the pill.. it may be just because you missed it.
In future if you miss the pill even if its just by an hour, wear protection for 7 days then after that it shall be safe not to.
