Basically, I last had sex the day before my period in the end of April. I got my period sometime during that night and it was a normal/heavy period. Then in May, I went home from university and began a slightly extreme exercise/eating routine. My period that month came 2 weeks late in early June. I was super paranoid about being late.
So, I cut back on my fitness routine and my next period came in July. Now, I'm a week late for my August period.
Throughout all of this I've been losing weight, but every symptom that could be a pregnancy symptom, I freak myself out and worry I'm somehow pregnant.
All and all, I only lost a total of 8 pounds, but I know I gained a lot of muscle too meaning more fat was lost. Still, I'm still not model skinny where I'd plain miss my period.

Some of my thinner friends have very short or irregular periods. You're body is probably just adjusting while you lose weight. But if you are worried, go to the doctors or buy a test!! There's no harm in being careful because it is possible to bleed while you are pregnant.
