when i was 25 years old.. at that time my weight was around 115 kgs.. which was not good for my health but now when i started doing regular exercise and by following some health tips like avoiding of the junk foods, i was able to reduce my weight by 25 kgs! which was very happiest movement for me because i looked pretty good than before.. :) :)

I have been exercising and dieting all my life because this is how I maintain my weight. However, recently, a couple of months ago, I have been gaining weight even when I'm still doing the same old routine to keep my figure. I'm at my late 40's and I was told upon consulting a fitness expert that losing weight is much harder when we grow old. I have to make some changes to give my body a little more kick so I could lose weight so I started using an appetite suppressant to control my hunger. I have been on prescopodene for just a month and I'm pretty impressed with what it has brought me. 5 lbs lost for the first three weeks. I still have one more bottle to go to make sure I could get rid of my remaining 10 more lbs.
