not normal symptoms

So the other night i almost had unprotected sex with a female i know, there was no penetration, but i did rub my penis around her vagina, at this point we decided not to penetrate due to no condom, however since i rubbed my penis around, there could have been an exchange of fluids between us, that is the scenario, heres the question

I have not really had burning or stinging while urinating, however, i have had a constant different feeling, most men know that urinating after sex feels different, it's not really painful, and doesn't really burn per se, however it can kind of sting a very slight amount, that is how it has felt urinating sometimes (not every time) ever since

also, there has been a discomforting feeling in my penis, basically, in my penis, it feels like i might have to pee, however i do not feel it in my bladder, only really in my penis, it comes and goes, but has been around more than not

these have happened since late the day after this encounter happened, the symptoms aren't specific, so i'm curious if it's probable that i'm psyching myself into all of this, I am going to get tested, but the earliest i can get in to a clinic that's not $200 (i do not have $200, very poor college kid) is on the 22nd of this month,

any ideas? probabilities?
